Owen Brooks
Co-owner & designer
B.S. Horticulture, NC State · NC Licensed Landscape Contractor
Owen started Fernbrook in 2009 with one truck and a wheelbarrow, after five years designing gardens for a nursery in Hendersonville.
He still walks every new property himself. He’ll ask how you use your yard now, how you want to use it, and where the water goes when it rains, because that last one decides more about a design than anything else.
When he isn’t on a job site, Owen is usually hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway or arguing about stone with Marcus.
